What data we process and why

• If you only read the free readings, you do not need an account. Your progress (readings done, results and known words) is stored only in your browser and we do not receive it.
• If you create an account: your email and password (stored encrypted) so you can sign in and, if you fill them in, your first and last name. We use them to give you access, manage your account and, on paid content, show them on printed copies.
• If you buy a paid plan: the plan chosen, your subscription dates and your payment identifiers. We do not see or store your card details: Stripe processes them. We also keep a record that you accepted the terms of purchase.
• If you tick “I want to receive news by email”, we will use your email to send it. You can untick it at any time in “My account”.
• If you ask us to notify you when the plans launch: we store your email and the website language until we send you that single notice. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, after which we do not write to you again.
• If you write to us at soporte@leelingo.com, we use your message and your address to reply.
• Usage statistics: only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to know which pages are visited. More information in the cookie policy.

Legal basis

• Performance of the contract: creating your account, giving you access and managing your subscription.
• Legal obligation: invoicing and tax and accounting obligations.
• Consent: news by email, launch notice and analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interest: security of the service and handling possible claims.

Who we share your data with

Only with the providers needed to deliver the service, who process the data following our instructions:

• Stripe: processes payments and subscriptions.
• Supabase: database and user account management.
• Netlify: website hosting.
• Google (Analytics): statistics, only with your consent.
• ImprovMX: receiving the contact email.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by law (for example, standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

• Your account data, for as long as you keep the account. When you delete it from “My account”, it is removed.
• Billing data, for the periods required by tax and commercial rules.
• The record of acceptance of the terms, for as long as needed to handle possible claims. It only contains an identifier, the plan, the version of the terms and the date, without your email or name.

Your rights

You can access your data, rectify it, ask for its erasure, object to its processing, restrict it and request its portability. You can do many of these yourself in “My account” (edit your profile, deactivate or delete the account). For the rest, write to us at soporte@leelingo.com.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children

The service is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, you need the permission of your parent or guardian to create an account.

Changes to this policy

If we change it significantly, we will say so on this page with the update date.
