What you are buying

Access to the paid content of Leelingo: exclusive readings at levels A1 to B2, depending on your plan and the levels you choose, with their audio, and the study tools of each plan. The free readings remain free.

Plans, prices and payment

• 3 months: one-off payment, with access for 3 months. It does not renew.
• Basic and Premium: annual payment with access for one year. They do not renew automatically: when the year ends, another year is charged only if you choose to renew from “My account”. We email you before it ends.
• The final amount, with any applicable taxes, is shown on the payment page before you confirm.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Languages included

All plans include the premium readings of one language, which you choose when you buy (the 3-month pass accepts several combinations, see below). The 3 months and Basic plans also open one level of that language (A1, A2, B1 or B2); the Premium plan opens all levels of the language. The language (and the level, on 3 months and Basic) is chosen once and cannot be changed while the plan lasts; to study another, you choose again when you buy once it has ended.

The 3-month pass lets you buy, in the same purchase, several language and level combinations(another level of the same language or another language): the first costs €12.99 and each additional combination, €7.99. Each combination includes its readings for the 3 months. If your 3-month pass has ended and you buy it again within the following 3 months, each combination costs €7.99; after that period the normal price applies again.

In the same purchase you can add additional combinations of language and level (another level of the same language or another language) on Basic (each additional combination costs €12.99 a year) or additional languages on Premium (each additional language costs €19.99 a year and opens all its levels). While a plan has additional items, the one-click change from Basic to Premium is not available: write to us and we will sort it out.

If you already have an active plan, you can add at any time a 3-month pass for another language or level: each combination costs €7.99, is a one-off payment, lasts 3 months from purchase and does not renew. Your plan does not change, and each added pass ends on its own date.

If you have an active Basic or Premium plan, you can add at any time levels (Basic, €12.99 a year each) or languages (Premium, €19.99 a year each). Your saved card is charged the proportional part of the time left in your year; at renewal the full price of each addition applies. These additions end together with your plan.

Audio and review

All paid plans include the voiced audio of the readings you have unlocked and let you mark readings to review. The Premium plan also includes automatic review of the questions you got wrong, the games, printing and, at B1 and B2, 10 comprehension questions per reading. Some free readings also have audio.

Renewal and cancellation

Annual plans do not renew on their own. If you want another year, press “Renew for another year” in “My account”: the payment is taken when the current year ends and you do not lose a single day. If you change your mind, you can turn that renewal off at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Plan changes

• From 3 months to an annual plan: while the pass is still active. The unused part of the pass is deducted from the first payment of the annual plan, and the final amount is shown on the payment page before you confirm.
• From Basic to Premium: at any time, paying the proportional difference for the time you have left.
• From Premium to Basic: applied when the paid period ends. The amount for that period is not refunded.

Immediate access and right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. When you buy a paid plan you ask for access to the digital content and the service to start immediately. Therefore, by ticking the acceptance box before going to pay, you acknowledge that once you access the content you lose the right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw within 14 days without having accessed the paid content, we refund the amount. We will confirm this acceptance to you in writing after the purchase.

Personal licence

Access is personal and non-transferable. Paid content carries your name and email, including on printed copies, and may not be copied, shared or resold.
