Annual plans last one year and do not renew automatically: we remind you before it ends and, if you want to carry on, you renew with one click from “My account”. The 3-month plan is a one-off payment and does not renew either. All paid plans include the paid readings, with glossary, questions and translations.

Plan changes and cancellation
- 3 months: is a one-off payment. When the 3 months end you are not charged again and it does not renew.
- Annual plans: you pay for one year and they do not renew automatically. Some time before it ends we email you, and if you want to carry on you click “Renew for another year” in “My account”. If you do nothing, you are not charged again.
- Moving from 3 months to an annual plan: you can do it while your pass is still active. The part of the pass you have not used is deducted from the first payment of the annual plan, and you will see the final amount on the payment page.
- Moving from Basic to Premium: at any time. You only pay the proportional part of the difference for the time you have left.
- Moving from Premium to Basic: the change applies when the period you have already paid for ends, and the amount for that period is not refunded.
